Best dogs ever! My boy is nearly 4 and his name is Luka. He's gorgeous and loving. The video is right though. They can be quite headstrong and you need to keep the training up. They are very intelligent dogs.

Wish the usa would stop breeding horrible ones and ruining our breed Couldnt be bred with kelpies as they were being bred at the same time No such thing as texas heeler I doubt there is any dingo in them.they were bred from blue merle collies,bobtails,dalmations Only 2 colours If they are built correctly they never need their nails trimmed as they have an upright pastern. They are rarely used on australian properties as they drive cattle but do not herd.Kelpies are favoured as they can handle heat and work for longer

I love Rottweiler

Our rescue Beagle got epilepsy at the age of 21. She was 1/8th American Fox Hound which I think helped her live a longer, healthier life. Calling a dog "pure bred" is wrong. It's really "inbred".

Poodles are NOT well behaved. Lol Every single poodle or doodle I've seen is unruly, hyoer, and hard to train. I wouldn't want one.

I've never owned either, but I've had good luck with most of the ones I've met. Female dobies seem to be the sweetest of the guardian breeds, but rotties are way cuter. Don't listen to me, btw. I've always owned hounds, terriers, poodles, retrievers, and spaniels. I'm just a dude who wishes he could still pet his old neighbor's dogs.

Had both dogs in my life at the same time, we had a dobbie and fostered a Rottie for a family for a while. Once I git used to the Rottie I can say honestly all the negative things said about both breeds is because of bad people, not bad dogs.

I have a Beauceron bitch, just over three years old. She is just about mature now, but it took forever! She is loving and protective and funny. They always say, not for inexperienced dog owners and I can see why. She is her own dog. I really wish that they wouldn’t crop dogs' ears, it is so unnecessary and so cruel. Why is it still permitted in some countries?

I just adopted a GP. The lady who had to give him up did a great job training him. He is THE best dog I’ve ever had. A true gentle giant with a bark that tells a bad guy “that’s right…move TF along”

Lhasas typically don't shed. I have had Lhasas and in my experience, they do not shed at all. In this video, you say that they shed constantly. This is incorrect. Also, all the Lhasas at home were friendly, never bit nor snapped at anyone. They got along with people and dogs, even with cats! Maybe I got lucky, or maybe it was the early socializing that made them that way. But, yes, Lhasas are known to be a bit aloof and temperamental.

Mine is a mix of some sort. She's 12 and has seen better days, but she's the best. I didn't have any idea what she was, but her behavior fit perfectly. She just lay in the front yard all day and was very wary of everything and barked as necessary . At sundown she perked up and barked at every shadow.. Aloof, but loves attention at times.

I have never had a Staffordshire bull terrier myself, but my neighbor had one named George. I loved that dog. George was a big sweetheart but not exactly the brightest bulb in the chandelier (no disrespect meant, but it's true). I went to check my mail one day and there was George, sitting on my porch. He was ecstatic to see me--wagging his tail, jumping on me, licking my hands--but he'd gotten loose and his owner wasn't with him. After petting him, I took hold of his collar and told him to show me how he'd gotten out. George happily led me to the open patio door he'd escaped from and obediently jumped back inside when I told him to. Most of my neighbors were frightened of George because he was big, hyper, and a bully breed. I was cautious around him as I would be around any dog, and I enjoyed having him nearby. I miss him.

Health. He forgot to mention the breed is susceptible to bloat! I'm a Standard Poodle Service Dog Owner-trained Service Dog handler, and both of my dogs (different breeders) have bloated. I'm currently on the hunt for a new puppy and hope to raise enough money to get the pup a special surgery when they're of age (1 year).
